• Return Window: Return claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.

• Proof Required: To initiate a return or replacement, please share a clear video showing the fault in the product.

• Refund Options:

  • If the return is approved, you can choose either:

    • A replacement unit, or

    • A 100% refund of the product price (excluding delivery charges).
